The family wanted a more sociable space with a comfortable dining area allowing easy access to the french doors... they also love to cook and required more fridge space, the two double ovens in the tower format were not working for them so we put a large single oven in the peninsula and an american style fridge with a larder unit next to it and an overhead unit in the newly acquired space!

We were very specific abou the tiling to ensure full length tiles were in both corners, the one facing you as you entered the room and in the shower where a sliver of tile would not have looked neat, we accomodated the cut tiles where the shower screen was attached to the wall creating a seamless tile wall

For the first hour of the initial consultation, which can happen onsite or remotely, there is no obligation as we establish if Sue Bean is the right designer for you. Fees are discussed at this time and range from an hourly rate to a set price for a specific outcome. This information is then provided as part of a detailed Project Proposal.

Whether you need just a light touch to guide your own design sense or an innovative approach to bring the project to life and make it happen, Sue is very happy to provide what is needed.  This ranges from offering knowledge, inspiration and guidance through discussion, to samples and contacts; visuals such as perspective drawings, CAD floorplans and layouts, bespoke cabinetry specification and commission, to full on-site project management.

"Sue is great to work with because she has a cheerful disposition, she's good fun and she always enjoys a challenge (we certainly gave her one!)”

TESTIMONIALS

We had basic ideas of what we wanted. Sue did an incredible job of refining those ideas.  She created something of beauty and function.  We would never have chosen such a gorgeous colour palette, or have been able to source such ethical craftsmanship and local tradesmen.  Sue was always mindful of cost and we felt she provided a bespoke service that fully met our needs. Always a joy and inspiration, thank you Sue.  we are so very glad you were able to support us.  Onto the next room...!

Care Home Management 2023

..really useful and absolutely can see that you are just the best person to help with all this!

Ms. F. Cotswolds 2023

"We've used Sue mainly for her advice, rather than her full design and project management service, which we would choose next time frankly. The value with Sue is not simply her fine design skill and colour sense, it's her ability to grasp quickly how the space is going to be used and come up with practical ideas and layouts”

Current Projects... A young family's first home, creating welcoming, fun, 'smart' and well functioning spaces from dis-jointed rooms. A relaxed and informal 'Wellbeing Hub' in the centre of Pershore Town, an exciting project which we hope will reach many people.  An 1850's cottage addressing layout, furniture, fittings and colours to welcome the growing family and use the space more efficiently.

A family bathroom with a new layout and an industrial vibe.  An exciting dormer bungalow complete reconfiguration and extension to make the most of the south-facing garden....
